This cruise is open to anyone who would like to join.  You don't need to be in Avon Grove School District or a resident of Chester County.  Join us for celebration of spring!

Booking now prevents your cruise rate from increasing and gives you the best choice in cabin availability.


Payments:
An initial deposit is required at the time of booking:
$500 per cabin ($50 is nonrefundable) 

Final payment is due no later than January 6, 2012.



You are welcome to make additional payments at your convenience prior to
January 6, 2012.
    

 

 

   

Please note that Royal Caribbean (RCCL) considers any group that is does not have at least 51% of the group's make-up as adults aged 21 or over as a student group.  IF our group has less than 51% adults, a $100 per minor refundable damage deposit will be added to your final payment.  This would be refunded after the cruise when staff confirms there is no damage.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended!  An insurance price will be quoted to you upon making your reservation.  Should you have any circumstances you feel would help us to serve you better, please advise your agent from Connie George Travel Associates at time of booking. 


Note that there is a cancellation penalty of $50 per cabin in effect upon booking.  The penalty will begin to increase effective 1/6/12.

Dining Options: 
You can currently choose between Late Dining (approximately 8:15pm), Waitlist for Early Dining (approximately 6:15pm) or choose "My Time Dining" which allows you to have flexible dining times.  My Time Dining requires you to prepay $81.55 per person for gratuities.
