** In order to be sure training time is available to our present Associates, we are not always taking on new Associates. As it is impossible to offer formal training by phone, fax and e-mail; we've found that we more realistically offer support, assistance and direction. Therefore, we only add a couple of Associates at a time in order to be fair to both the new agents and those already with us. Not everyone is accepted for our program.
