Connie George Travel Associates is already known for our "Chicks at Sea" girls getaway cruises.  Our Eat, Pray, Love Cruises take the same fun, excitement and camaraderie, but add a level of spirituality.  These are open to women of all faiths.  These cruises are opportunities for journey for you to join and participate in as you wish.

Eat, Pray, Love Cruises are available to groups and individuals.  All of these sailings include:  

Eat - The Bible and Torah are filled with verses about food, dining and meals being shared. In them, we read of great emphasis on the community aspect of meals. Group functions and gatherings often include meals.  Many meetings are held over a breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Meals are part of most celebrations.  Studies show the importance of families dining together. 

Food sustains our bodies.  The communion of meals with others involves our relationships and sometimes our spirituality.

Cruise ships offer fantastic food along with the pampering of someone else cooking, serving you and cleaning up.  Whether making new friends among the women dining with you or reinforcing friendships among the women friends in your group, "eating" is a fun and important aspect of Eat, Pray, Love Cruises.  

Pray - For our individual clients booking into an Eat, Pray, Love Cruise, we offer a beautiful prayer journal for you to use for prayers, reflection or as you feel moved during your cruise.  If you book an "EPLC" group, we are happy to individualize the experience to fit your group's interests.  Would you like Bible studies, prayer gatherings or time for your prayer shawl ministry to meet?  No problem. We are happy to work with you and the cruise line to create a program for growth as well as comaraderie and relaxation. 

Love - Is there a better way to show love than to feed those in need? Eat, Pray, Love Cruises allow you to show love for others while also taking care of yourself with a rejuvinating break from routine.  Every Eat, Pray, Love Cruise is also a fundraiser.  For individuals booking into one of these cruises, a donation for your cabin will be sent to Feeding America.  If you book a group into one of these cruises or book your own group's EPLC, you'll get to choose the fundraiser!

Groups...
We can specially tailor the trip for your group!  We welcome your church, synagogue, Bible study or organization to book into one of our Eat, Pray, Love Cruises or you we can schedule a separate cruise that better fits with your preference of date, ship and destination!   We can add features such as Bible studies or meetings, adjust the fundraiser amount and you get to choose the recipient of the fundraiser.  For example, perhaps your women's Bible and religious study groups, church book club or yarn ministry would like an Eat, Pray, Love Cruise.  As well as extra features and get-togethers per your request, we can also tweak the amount of the fundraiser dollars and put them toward your missions, building needs or a fund toward someone in need that you support.
