Hurry! Last Chance to Enjoy an American River Holiday Cruise in 2021

You can celebrate your 2021 Christmas or New Year’s Eve holiday aboard a riverboat sailing American waterways. Imagine how festive the holidays must have been during colonial times. Now you can revisit that bygone era, combining old and new traditions.

Your beautifully decorated riverboat will be a feast for your eyes, ears, and tastebuds as American Cruise Lines hosts you through your holidays. Each day, one of the towns along the Mississippi River or the Chesapeake Bay that played a part in our country’s birth greets you in their holiday finest.

I will share what’s still available and how I can help you jump on a great promotion for as long as it lasts.

My husband and I visited Williamsburg one November, just a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. The town was dressed in its holiday finest. It was easy to picture a quieter time period in our historic past with anticipation of the most magical time of the year. A slower pace with family and friends enjoying each others’ company and with nearly the same twinkle in their eyes as the children.

American Cruise Lines’ four special Thanksgiving sailings are full. But there’s still time to plan a Christmas or New Year’s cruise for this year. Not much time, but it’s possible.

Currently, ACL is giving you $1,000 off per cabin on these sailings. A “secret” I know about that’s not on their website is that we can also get them to waive their port charges for this sailing. That comes to $1500 off per couple sharing a cabin. All starting prices below are based on today’s availability. They are also per person and reflect these discounts.

There’s no end date on the promotion. Since we don’t know how long we can get these discounts or how long cabins will remain available, the key is to contact me quickly to guarantee your old-fashioned riverboat cruise holiday.

These are my five favorite ACL holiday cruises still available. Each includes festive décor throughout the ship, holiday-inspired cocktails, traditional dining favorites with regional flairs, and special events, entertainment, and excursions. Treat yourself to an “all fun, no cleaning or cooking or stressing” festive season.

Here’s your chance to let someone else do the holiday planning, cleaning, cooking, and then clean-up. Explore one of two incredible, historical regions of the United States, on ships built in America and staffed by an all-American crew. Ships are purposely built for their regions and are environmentally friendly. Your cabin includes a sliding glass door with panoramic views to your private balcony. Food is locally sourced. Onboard historians and naturalists offer enrichment programs, evening entertainment to enjoy, and at least one complimentary tour option choice in each Mississippi River port and most of the Chesapeake Bay ports.

What more could you want? Perhaps a cruise specialist at no added cost who will help put it together for you? That would be my office.

The old English proverb, The early bird catches the worm" has been found on books dating from the early 1600's.

But hurry. This information was accurate as of the morning of October 9th. I’m glad I checked again because there are fewer cabins available than there was yesterday. They will go quickly now and I want to be sure all of our interested clients avoid disappointment.

Mention this blog post during our complimentary consultation, and I’ll note your booking with us to receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card before your cruise. You can get one per cabin to help you with your holiday shopping.
