What makes us different than “booking your trip on the internet” is 40+ years of being a professional travel consultant. With my agency, you receive the skill, training, experience, client feedback and industry relationships that come along with that dedication to our clients. Our clients appreciate having more time for family and themselves while we partner with them to handle their vacation plans.
We take a very consultative approach; listening to what you want and need in order to put together a trip based on what’s best for you. We value the uniqueness of each of our clients and work closely to design the right trip for you; not trying to fit you into some type of one-size-fits-all mold.
And, unlike most internet agencies, we’re always there to answer any questions you have about your trip—be it a visa or passport inquiry or where to find the best seafood chowder while in Ketchikan.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Cruise & Tour Quotes - We will provide up to three trip quotes based on our Consultation Phone Call.
Travel Consultant - An agent will be assigned to work closely with you to plan your vacation and to build a relationship with you so that they may be more intuitively able to assist with concerns, questions and suggestions. Sometimes a team of two agents, a primary and a back-up will be assigned.
Cruise & Tour Booking - Once the decision is made about your cruise or tour, we will handle the entire booking process for you.
Special Requests - Depending upon your interests and the supplier’s policies, we will relay and coordinate requests.
Special Needs - We will relay special needs to the suppliers and work with them to satisfy those needs to the best of that supplier’s policies. We also provide information, guidance and tips relating to your needs.
Travel Insurance - We will research options, provide quotes, purchase the insurance on your request and then provide copies of your confirmation and policy.
Auxiliary Services - We can book features which include, but are not limited to transfers, hotels and special needs equipment rentals.
Confirmations - We will provide detailed confirmations outlining the cruise package or tour you have purchased.
Payments - We handle payments between you and the supplier(s) with which you are booked.
Price Monitoring - We monitor the prices of your cruise or tour to see if a lower applicable rate becomes available.
Port & Excursion Guidance - We can provide up to one hour of research and consultation. Additional requested time by fee.
Trip-Related Updates - We relay to you any industry news related to your cruise or tour which we feel may be of interest to you.
Trip Guidance and Tips - We guide you and offer advice and tips to further enhance your travel experience.
Documents - We forward to you any paper or electronic travel documents from the supplier(s) through which you are booked.
WHAT'S NEXT
Complete our Vacation Request Form here. Upon receipt, we will set up a Complimentary Consultation Call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, learn more about what you are looking for and create a beginning plan. This call normally takes 20-30 minutes. Upon hiring us, we will send a Client Agreement to you along with an invoice for our $50 per household First Time Booking fee.
